What are SIRSOCK™made from?
The socks themselves are pure quality, with countless hours of field-testing different ranges and manufacturers to make sure we created the best in the market.
Like the perfect cup of coffee, we opted for a blend in materials to reach optimal quality.
We selected a combination of combed-cotton (80%) for the Lux feel, with a hint of Nylon (17%) & Spandex (3%) so the socks not only look dapper but have the durability for everyday use.
How to do I pay?
We use Stripe & Paypal as our merchants to process online transactions. Their platforms are integrated into our site and offer an extra layer of buyer/seller protection, along with the guarantee that your card information remains private & secure. All major cards welcome. Prices shown on our website are all in $AUD. All pages of SIRSOCK.COM, including the payment cart are protected with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.
How long will it take to process my order?
Your order will be packed and processed within 3 business day. After your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email that includes the details of your purchase and a receipt. On dispatch we will also notify you that your order is on it's way.
How much is shipping and what are expected delivery times?
SIRSOCK™ offers standard shipping on all orders within Australia via Australia Post, at a flat rate of $5 per order (this usually takes 3-5 business days).
Express post is available with a tracking number, at a flat rate of $10 per an order. (this usually takes 1-2 business days).
Domestic deliveries have free tracking* provided and we suggest having the item delivered to your workplace or similar so you are present to accept the parcel.
We take no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur once an order has been confirmed delivered via the tracking service of our carrier.
International Airmail is available worldwide, at a flat rate of $20 per an order. (this usually takes 6-10 business days).

Can I return or exchange my socks?
Customers may return any items within 14 days of purchase, as long as they are in an unused condition with original packaging. Please email us and we will assist with your return / exchange.
Customers that have purchased internationally may return items within 30 days under the same return conditions as listed above.
In the rare case of your delivery not arriving, please contact us with your name and receipt number.
We hand pack all of our products before shipping, so you will always receive the best premium socks.
How do I wash my socks?
We recommend a normal machine-wash up to 40´C inside a mesh wash-bag, or inside out to protect their colour. Hang out flat to dry, out of direct sun.
For longer lasting socks please avoid bleaching, tumble-drying, ironing and dry-cleaning.
