These are the terms and conditions that apply when you are using www.sirsock.com which is owned and operated by Austin & Vangelovski (trading as) SIRSOCK™, ABN 17 182 103 324 - All rights reserved.

By using this website you agree and consent to these terms and conditions. From time to time we may amend the terms and conditions. Please ensure you review this page regularly as you will be deemed to have accepted an amendment if you use the website after the amendment has been posted.

Orders

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Shipping & Delivery

SIRSOCK™ provides standard shipping with tracking within Australia via Australia Post at a flat rate of $9.70 (this usually takes 3-5 business days). We also provide express post shipping with tracking number at a flat rate of $12.70 per order, again provided by Australia Post (this usually takes 1-2 business days in metro areas, or 3-4 days in rural or remote areas). All domestic deliveries have free tracking via our carrier (Australia Post) and we suggest having the item sent to your workplace or similar so that you can accept the parcel.

SIRSOCK™ provides standard international shipping with tracking to selected international locations via Australia Post and their affiliates at a flat rate dependent on destination (this usually takes 5-10 business days in metro areas, or 5-15 days in rural or remote areas). All international deliveries have free tracking via our carrier (Australia Post) and we suggest having the item sent to your workplace or similar so that you can accept the parcel.

We take no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur once an order has been confirmed delivered via the tracking service of our carrier.

We are not responsible for delays in delivery of your goods that are beyond our control. For the latest shipping terms please visit our Shipping & Returns page.

Returns/Exchange

Customers may return any items within 14 days of purchase, so long as the product being returned is in an unused condition with original packaging. Please email us for all refund enquiries or if there is a problem with your goods, and we can arrange a replacement, or refund.

Please note we don't cover the cost of shipping for any items returned.

Taxes

The Australian GST (10%) applies to all orders delivered in Australia and is included in the advertised price.
